3rd trimester maternity workout this morning…who knew those 10 sec holds were so killer?
If I’ve learned one thing through both of my pregnancies it’s to listen to my body. I used to charge through workouts and push myself, sometimes through injuries, just to keep going but now I have to give myself a break and remember to do what I can.
The workout I was through is better than the one I never did. Do what you can!
